• The internal longitudinal seam welding machine can complete the internal longitudinal seam welding of power transmission towers up to 12m in length and with a diameter of 300mm-1800mm. The machine is equipped with a welding oscillator on the welding gun, allowing users to adjust the width of the weld seam formation according to welding requirements.

• Additionally, a TV monitoring camera is installed near the welding gun, allowing the operator to observe the welding seam tracking through a display monitor on the control panel.

• The external longitudinal seam welding machine is used for welding the external longitudinal seam of power transmission towers with a diameter of 300mm-1800mm.

• The submerged arc welding head on the equipment is equipped with a two-dimensional tracking device, which can automatically adjust the welding gun according to the direction of the weld during the welding process.

• This welding system is also equipped with a flux recovery unit to automatically recover and reuse the available flux. The machine can be configured as a dual-station welding system according to user needs, increasing equipment utilization.
